Keep Pinterest close to the listing work

Pinterest can be a strong discovery channel for handmade products, but Pinterest for Etsy sellers still comes down to practical work, pin by pin: choose the right photo, account, board, copy, link, and time. That gets harder when each Etsy shop represents a different brand.

Tusella brings that work beside your listings. You can connect several Pinterest accounts to one workspace, decide which account belongs with each shop, and still override that choice for an individual pin. We built it for sellers who want one calm place to keep brands separate without turning Pinterest into another maze of tabs.

Run multiple Pinterest accounts from one place

Use Add account to connect through Pinterest’s own sign-in. Tusella does not ask you to paste credentials into the workspace. In Manage accounts, you can rename an account, reconnect it, or disconnect it.

One Pinterest account can be active in only one Tusella workspace at a time. That boundary matters if you belong to more than one workspace, so choose the workspace where that account’s pins should live.

Match accounts to shops without locking them together

Each Etsy shop can have a Default account for [shop name]. That gives a brand or shop a sensible starting account whenever you create a pin.

The setup stays flexible. Several shops can share one Pinterest account, and any shop can pin to any connected account. Each pin remembers which Etsy shop it belongs to, even when shops share the same Pinterest destination.

On the Pinterest page, filter by All accounts or a specific account. Then use This shop to focus on the current Etsy shop, or All Pinterest to see the wider schedule.

Pinterest opens for a team that has at least one paid Etsy shop, and a shop in its free trial counts. A team with only free shops does not see it. Each paid shop is priced by its own size; see pricing.

Start a pin where you are already working

You can pin Etsy listings to Pinterest from the catalog row menu, the listing page menu, or the photo editor’s Pin to Pinterest action. You can also open the Pinterest page, choose New pin, and start From an Etsy listing or Start from a photo.

Only listings that are active on Etsy can be used to start a listing-based pin. That keeps the default destination tied to a page shoppers can actually open.

Choose the photo and destination

A pin can use any photo from the listing, an image from your media library, or a new upload. If the image needs work, Edit in Studio sends it through Tusella’s photo editor and returns the edited version to the pin.

The link points to the Etsy listing by default, shown as Links to [listing] on Etsy. You can replace it with another destination, such as your own site, when that is the better path for the pin.

Use the listing as a starting point

When you begin from the catalog or choose From an Etsy listing, Tusella prefills the pin title from the listing title, up to 100 characters. It also starts the description with the first paragraph of the Etsy description. You can edit both before publishing.

Choose any public board on the selected Pinterest account. Board search, a Recent group, and suggestions based on the listing’s Etsy shop section help narrow the list. Boards are created on Pinterest, not inside Tusella.

Pin now or plan the next 30 days

Choose Pin now when a pin is ready, or Schedule it up to 30 days ahead. If you need to schedule Pinterest pins for Etsy listings across several brands, the week calendar gives each one a clear place, with Add a pin available from the calendar.

The Pinterest page separates Upcoming, Drafts, Published, Failed, and History. For an individual pin, you can Publish now, Reschedule, Cancel pin, or Duplicate it. Tusella does not auto-pin listings or create pin series; you choose each pin.

A missed scheduled pin is held rather than silently dropped. You can find it, check what happened, and decide what to do next.

Prepare a Pinterest-shaped image when needed

Pinterest often suits a tall image. The Vertical 2:3 option beside Original uses AI to extend a photo into Pinterest’s 2:3 format.

Tusella can also send a pin image through Studio for edits such as placing the product in a new scene. When a pin’s photo carries AI edits made in Tusella’s Studio, Tusella declares the pin to Pinterest as AI-modified.

Honest status note

Tusella itself is in early access, and Pinterest comes with it: we are still testing the account, board, scheduling, and recovery flows with real sellers. It opens with a paid Etsy shop, and its own commercial terms are not set, so check the pricing page for what is current.

If managing multiple Pinterest accounts beside your Etsy shops would make your weekly routine clearer, apply for early access and tell us how many brands, shops, and accounts you manage.

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect multiple Pinterest accounts to Tusella?

Yes. Several Pinterest accounts can connect to one Tusella workspace through Pinterest's own sign-in. You can add accounts and use Manage accounts to rename, reconnect, or disconnect them, but one Pinterest account can be active in only one Tusella workspace at a time.

Can I use different Pinterest accounts for different Etsy shops?

Yes. Each Etsy shop can have a default Pinterest account, and several shops can share the same account. A shop can still pin to any connected account, and every pin remembers which shop it belongs to.

How do I pin an Etsy listing to Pinterest with Tusella?

You can start from the catalog row menu, listing page menu, photo editor, or the Pinterest page. When starting from a listing, that listing must be active on Etsy.

Can Tusella schedule Pinterest pins for Etsy listings?

Yes. You can publish a pin immediately or schedule it up to 30 days ahead. Tusella includes a week calendar and separate views for upcoming, draft, published, failed, and historical pins.

Which photo and link does an Etsy pin use?

A pin can use any listing photo, an image from the media library, or an uploaded image. Its link points to the Etsy listing by default, but you can change the destination to another page, such as your own site. Edit in Studio sends the chosen photo through Tusella's photo editor and returns it to the pin.

Can Tusella create Pinterest boards?

No. Tusella lets you choose any public board on the selected Pinterest account, with board search, recent boards, and suggestions based on the listing's Etsy shop section. New boards must be created on Pinterest.

What does the Vertical 2:3 option do?

Vertical 2:3 uses AI to extend a photo into Pinterest's tall 2:3 format. Separately, when a pin contains AI edits made in Tusella's Studio, such as a new scene, Tusella declares the pin to Pinterest as AI-modified.

Do I need a paid shop to use Pinterest in Tusella?

Yes. Pinterest opens for a team that has at least one paid Etsy shop, and a shop in its free trial counts. A team with only free shops does not see it. A pin already scheduled when the last paid shop ends is still sent.
