These terms cover your use of the tusella website, its free Etsy seller tools, and the tusella early-access product. This is an early-access draft and will be expanded before general availability. By using the site or the product, you agree to what's below.

Early access, provided as-is

tusella is in active development. Features can change, and the free tools and guidance are provided "as is", without warranties. We work to keep them accurate — Etsy's fees, policies, and limits change, so always confirm important numbers against Etsy's own pages before you rely on them.

You stay in control

tusella drafts, restyles, and bulk-edits, but nothing publishes to your live Etsy shop until you review and approve it. You're responsible for the listings you publish and for following Etsy's own Seller Policy and Terms of Use, which apply alongside these.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the tools to break Etsy's policies or any law.
• Don't misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• The content you provide stays yours; you grant us only what's needed to run the service for you.

No guarantee of results

We don't guarantee sales, rankings, or that a listing will avoid an Etsy suspension. Our tools surface risk and best practice; the decisions and outcomes are yours.
