These terms cover your use of the Tusella website, its free Etsy seller tools, and the Tusella early-access product. This is an early-access draft and will be expanded before general availability. By using the site or the product, you agree to what's below.
The Tusella website, free tools, and early-access product are provided by Tusella LLC (ТОВ «ТУСЕЛЛА»), a Ukrainian company and Diia.City resident, registered at Naberezhno-Luhova str. 12, Kyiv 04071, Ukraine, EDRPOU 46185773 ("Tusella", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@tusella.com.
Alpha access and eligibility
The alpha is invitation-only; public self-service registration is closed. Team invitations into existing organizations remain available. Every control that creates an account, including invitation acceptance, displays: "By continuing you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy." No separate checkbox is required.
The closed alpha is for invited sellers and team members aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact hello@tusella.com.

Альфа доступна лише за запрошенням; відкрита самостійна реєстрація закрита. Запрошення до команд у наявних організаціях залишаються доступними. Під кожною кнопкою, що створює обліковий запис, зокрема через прийняття запрошення, є повідомлення: «Продовжуючи, ти погоджуєшся з Умовами та Політикою конфіденційності». Окремої галочки немає.
Щоб швидше покращувати Tusella, ми збираємо події використання та записи сесій із прихованим вмістом: які кроки ти робиш у застосунку та як рухаєшся інтерфейсом. Із текстового вмісту на записах видно лише текст самого інтерфейсу Tusella (меню, кнопки, заголовки, назви полів), щоб ми розуміли, як ти користуєшся продуктом; усе, що належить тобі та твоєму магазину, — тексти, назви, теги й ціни лістингів, назви магазину й організації, твоє ім’я та електронна адреса, усе, що ти вводиш у поля, фото й інші медіа, — приховано. Аналітика й записи сесій за замовчуванням увімкнені, крім випадків, коли застосовне законодавство вимагає попередньої згоди; тоді аналітика, записи сесій і пов’язане сховище браузера залишаються вимкненими, доки ти їх не дозволиш. Ти можеш будь-коли вимкнути їх у Налаштуваннях перемикачем «Допомагати покращувати Tusella». Подробиці про обробку, зберігання та видалення цих даних — у Політиці конфіденційності.
Коли ці Умови зміняться, ми оновимо дату й повідомимо тебе про істотні зміни до набрання ними чинності.
Early access, provided as-is
Tusella is in active development. Features can change, and the free tools and guidance are provided "as is", without warranties. We work to keep them accurate — Etsy's fees, policies, and limits change, so always confirm important numbers against Etsy's own pages before you rely on them.
You stay in control
Tusella drafts, restyles, and bulk-edits, but nothing publishes to your live Etsy shop until you review and approve it. You're responsible for the listings you publish and for following Etsy's own Seller Policy and Terms of Use, which apply alongside these.
Subscriptions and billing
A shop you connect is free until you make it a paid shop. A free shop imports, edits and prepares changes, and publishes nothing to Etsy. A paid shop publishes to Etsy and opens the paid tools. What each includes, and the current prices, are on the pricing page.
What you pay for
Your team has one subscription, and each paid Etsy shop is a unit on it. A shop's price follows its size: the number of listings it has on Etsy in every state — active, inactive, sold out, draft and expired. Listings that exist only in Tusella are not counted. You pay monthly or yearly, one way for the whole team. A shop you add later joins the same subscription and is charged for the rest of the current period, so the team has one payment date and one invoice. Team members are not charged.
Free trial
A paid shop starts with a 14-day free trial, once per Etsy shop. You enter a card to start it and nothing is charged during the trial; the first charge is made when it ends, unless you cancel before then. During the trial a shop can publish a limited number of listings, set by its size and shown on the pricing page. If you reach that number early, you can start paying at once or wait for the trial to end.
When a shop changes size
We count a shop's listings when you start paying for it, when you publish, and once a month. Before a publication that would take the shop past the limit of its size, we warn you and offer the next size; publishing continues either way. If the monthly count finds a shop above its limit, the shop moves to the next size at once and you are charged the difference for the rest of the current period. If a shop falls to a smaller size, the lower price applies from the next period.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your paid shops keep working for 7 days while the payment is retried and you are told about it. If it is not recovered in that time, the shops become free shops.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. A cancelled shop stays paid until the end of the period you have paid for, then becomes a free shop. The shop, its listings and the work you prepared stay in your account; publishing and the paid tools switch off.
Refunds
When we refund a charge is set out in our refund policy.
Who takes the payment
Purchases of a Tusella subscription are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller for the transaction — the purchase contract is between you and Paddle, not Tusella. Paddle handles billing, the applicable sales tax or VAT, and invoicing. Tusella provides the service itself. Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax; Paddle shows the tax that applies where you are before you pay. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to your purchase alongside these terms.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the tools to break Etsy's policies or any law.
- Don't misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- The content you provide stays yours; you grant us only what's needed to run the service for you.
No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee sales, rankings, or that a listing will avoid an Etsy suspension. Our tools surface risk and best practice; the decisions and outcomes are yours.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date above when these terms change and notify you of material changes before they take effect.
