Estimate Etsy fees on a US order

What the estimate includes

For a US seller using Etsy Payments, this model uses a $0.20 listing fee per item, a 6.5% transaction fee on item price plus shipping charged, and payment processing of 3% of the order plus $0.25. If you select Offsite Ads, it adds the chosen rate subject to the calculator’s $100 order cap. Etsy explains the fee types in its fee policy and lists payment processing rates by country.

For example, on one $25 item with $5 shipping and no ad attribution, the model estimates $0.20 + $1.95 + $1.15 = $3.30 in fees, leaving $26.70 before your product and fulfillment costs. Actual account charges can differ because of tax, currency conversion, shipping labels, refunds, or other shop settings.

What it cannot tell you

This is a US-dollar estimate, not a bank payout forecast. It does not accept separate gift-wrap or personalization charges, and it does not calculate non-US payment processing or regulatory fees.
